Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap


  • Cooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • Red and green grapes (1/2 cup of both mixed or just choose one!)
  • Apple
  • Fat free plain yogurt
  • Vanilla
  • Olive oil mayo
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped pecans (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves if you’re making wraps

Other optional ingredients: 

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sour cream instead of Greek yogurt and mayo
  • green onions
  • dried cranberries
  1. Blend yogurt, mayo, vanilla extract and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, grapes, apple, and nuts.
  3. Spoon onto a large leaf of lettuce.
