Working with the Parkside Diet team to design a workout plan that is achievable for you can contribute greatly to your overall health.

Bi-Weekly Diet Follow Up
- Individualized follow-up every 2 weeks. During this visit you receive a weight check and a B12 injection. The bi-weekly visit is for those who need additional support in meeting their weight loss goals.
Initial Diet Consultation
- The Initial consultation includes nutrition and exercise counseling with a focus on individualized goal setting. The use of prescription FDA-approved appetite suppressants helps with correcting eating habits as you make behavioral changes to lose weight.
Monthly Diet Follow Up
- Individualized monthly follow-up. During this visit you receive additional weight management counseling and a 4 week supply of appetite suppressant medication. The monthly visit is for those who do not need as much support meeting their weight loss goals.
